Look closer: Frunobulax is still there.

The wanderer is unable to play his turns due to RL time constraints, so Frunobulax took over. Because it's not permitted to play two races as a primary player, he had to give up Rebels.

If anyone wants to take them over, go ahead.

To my dear players, I'ld really appriciate if you left a note for such a shift. There are questions rising around, like if it is a temporal thing or permanent, treaties, ect.

I second that.

I encourage everyone to announce things like requests for host breaks, replacements, etc. in the forums. It's always hard to decide for me alone which requests to give in, while still maintaining fairness, and what explanation to post if you don't explain yourself.

I'm sure everyone agrees with a break or player change for a reasonable cause. But having to do unannounced changes to the game is neither fun for me, nor for you.

As a bonus: if you post to the forums, that may reach me faster than email :-)
