Does anybody know what's the story with the Borg player, cbacigalupo?

He's clearly not interested on playing the game.

cbacigalupo, if you read this message, could you please let us know if you intend or not to play the game? You're only playing one turn out of every three to stay in the game, but not building, ships or taking planets, or anything at all. Why are you in the game?

You're only delaying the game EVERY turn and preventing someone else from playing with the Borg.

And the funny thing is that you're doing exactly the same in other games. Am I the only one who things this is real weird?

I agree, it's frustrating.

Maybe the guy has a situation that prevents him from fully participating though, who knows?

No, he's definitely not broken any rules. We can only hope that he reads this thread and decides to do something about it... Patience!
