It's also possible he doesn't realize the game started. I missed the first 5 turns of a game recently (that I had signed up for 8 months prior) because all the PlanetsCentral emails were going to spam :\

I'd say we can give him/her another couple of turns and if no trns are received from the "Missing Emperor", we knock him out. Otherwise, the game's gonna be very sloooooowwwwwww....

I believe you're auto-kicked after 4 missed turns. The game's already going to be slow with the notoriously-late Privateer (he's almost always the last to submit a turn in every game, and frequently misses turns).

You're right. I've noticed that in Titan 10. At least there will be a turn every couple of days from now on, no matter what... In the meantime, we the Klingon are bored to death sharping our blades and eating candy skulls...
