Why is system count Rebel as live player?

Why is system count Rebel as live player? Rebel have 0 planet and 0 ships. I suggest kill this rase and run Phost early.

It doesn't. Rebel does not hold up host, as you can see from the (missing) in parentheses - and the fact that today's host ran early.
I do not kick players with zero score. The main reason for that is that if I would do that, they wouldn't be able to see their final battle.
