Is there a way to enlarge PCC screens from the 640X480? I did see in the "things to do" to make it an option. Do you think you will make that something to do in the future?

I happened to ask him that some days ago. Right now you can enlarge the screen by starting PCC in fullscreen mode. It's still 640x480 though. Maybe that already helps a bit.

I may have asked him that a few years ago but I can't remember. It is a nice program for PHost game, I just hate the screen size.

is that the same as PCC2?
i have been using VPA since '95, but have been looking into, i think, PCC2 to play this PHost game, Just a Second.

Yes, it is PCC-2. I forgot to put the -2. I played with VPA back then too, but I switched back to WinPlan. I think PCC-2 is a good program, but I just can't stand the small screens and I really don't feel like changing my screen resolution to use it. So, it's back to WinPlan.

when i bought my second set of DosPlan disks (8?), i also obtained the Dan & Dave set of addons. somewhere in that endeavor, i also obtained a copy of WinPlan. anyway, i loaded WinPlan up and took a look at it. and, promptly went back to DosPlan and VPA... :-)
even so, i have instructed my youngest son, Paul, to set up PCC-2 on my computer so i can look at it for Just a Second.
thanks for the info ! !
The option you are looking for is "-size=1024x768" or whatever suits you. See also the file "pcc2help.html" in its program directory or in the start menu folder.

Cool, that did the trick. Thanks.
For some reason, when I read that part, it just didn't click.
i also utilized that information. thanks. i have an issue with PCC-2, but i think it is related to the turn 15 Abyss problems, so i have moved the issue problem over to that thread.
regarding that "it just didn't click" part, that is why i (almost) always have another member of my family proof anything that i consider important. things like a diplomatic message in a game. of course, my sons ask me to do the same...

Precisely.
It still looks ugly because it doesn't really adapt the screen layouts. I know that and I'm working on making it better, so you don't have to file bug reports that it looks ugly at 1024x768 :-)

Until you solved that I prefer "-fullscreen" for enlarging.
