Bugs and Feature Requests for PlanetsCentral and other VGAP software
I dont know where did I miss something.
All requirements are met. Minerals, money, tech levels are ok. The clone order is in the building queue. PB1 code is set. My other base have built a ship last turn. It means there were free ship-slots.
With settings
## PBP Building PBPCostPer100KT = 250 PBPMinimumCost = 500 PBPCloneCostRate = 200
I assume x5 PBP cost multiplier.
The ship has clone once ability and I am absolutely sure that it was not cloned before.
The only idea is left that PBPCloneCostRate affects also PBPMinimumCost so I need at least 1000 PBP to clone.

The clone cost rate applies after the minimum cost. Thus, the minimum cost to clone is 1000 with these settings.
