Hello everyone, I hate to do this, and if there was any other way, I would take that road; but something has come up in my personal life, and I have to drop all of my games. I hate this, but I should be back in about 4 years. Hopefully. The Fascist in this game is in pretty good shape, so if anybody has a friend that wants to take over the race, this would be the time.

As far as I know he is absent due to health issues. I cannot say for sure, but it looks as if its serious and that he might not be back for a while. So probably he wont be able to drop his seat in our game. If someone wants to check, he is also not sending in turns for his other games for a while now.

I have removed april76 for not submitting turns. Unless you wish some time to find a replacement, host will resume this weekend. In this case, Colonies probably are the first casualty of this game.

Colonial is not playing as well and you can easly put Rebel and Empire into the same category plus Borg and Romulan don't differ too much (maybe they are just learning, no idea). So there are 6 races you can just prey on. I guess that's the current state of this server - not enough experienced players who know how to play (every game I've played so far at this server had similar pattern).

I wouldn't mind have some lessons. After all this years and i still can't play well with the birds

How did you know?..
I was in regular contact with him (Maxim) via email, we had some good talks, mainly but not only about planets. From the Russians on this site, he seemed to be the one with the best english skills, afaik. One day all communication stopped, without further notice. From that day on, he also didnt send in turns anymore, in all his games. I tried to contact him, but I never got a reply, even until today. Later I asked a few of the other russian players, and one of them (would have to check which player exactly, I think it was Kobrov) told me that he might have been hospitalized. He didnt know exactly, but they had a bit of a closer contact. Guess I should go through my emails once again and ask if there are any new infos. Since Maxim never played again here, I fear for the worst.
