I am happy to declare the Lizzard the winner, for me personally this game has become a little dull.

The Lizzard and the Borg will not fight each other so that's that...

Anyhow if you want to continue that's fine be me too, but if you think about ending it I am all for it.

As we usually play, the first three players are winners. It seems first and second places are defined, but if somebody wants to fight for bronze, we can play a few turns more. 3-4-5-9 seems very close in scoring. And I wish to achieve 2kk scores ;)

Anyway, if everyone wants to end the game, I don't want you all to lose interest in a game you don't enjoy, so let's finish if you vote for it.

The game has sense, while some players still wants to change their position in scoring. If somebody wants to fight for better place, we can continue, but I really think it'll change nothing

And it seems nobody want to fight for better place in score. I also not. I do not fight for a 3. place. I fight for the top position for me and my ally. But as pos 1 and 2 seems to be clear.... So let us end this game....

Btw.: I propose a automatic "Vote for end function". Every race has a switch for this vote. I am not 100% sure how to calculate. May be Game End as soon as 90% of score and active player vote for end. If no real change in score for last last x turns and in this x turns no change in voting are also 70%(?) enouth for end of game. Result will be that Admin does not has to do anything for a end of game.

I do not see any need to wait.

Titan 2 was ended with 5 active players. 3 for end, 1 against end and one not able to write so fast.

I have set the game to end "around turn 60", with a higher probability (like I did for Phoenix 1). Thus, the game should end in a handful turns, giving 3/4/9 a few minutes to sort out their ranks :-)

Yep. If you insist on an immediate stop I can make that happen, too, but this way I chose what I always choose

Plus, I updated the host to report changed end conditions with the result emails, so this is a welcome opportunity to test that feature
