Why is there suddenly a new rebel player at turn 80? 4 bases, 2 ships... looks like someone is just adding the rebel skills to that game, for another player...

Does make one wonder?
The position was open, someone grabbed it. Why not. Gives them a few turns to try the game and the server, a few reliability points, but nowhere nearly enough skill points to get world famous. Hence I don't see anything evil in it.
