This is not a bug nor a problem. My Winplan do not show me a picture of my ships (I have a Hansa Class Transport).
In the starbase screen it shows all the ships pictures (the Hansa looks like a LDSF) but in the ships menu I have no picture, just a text saying "Accessing Pixel Matrix".

BTW I have read years ago some enthusiastic player made a new set of different images you can use in your Winplan, perhaps you know where to download it and it can help my problem.
I think it was at CircusMaximus download zone.
