I suggest that let's just vote to fix an ending turn and let the second place be for whoever has any more point than the third one.

I believe the ending condition of "about turn 105" is fair. If I can push past the Fascists (again) in the next couple turns, great for me, if not I'm perfectly content for 3rd place.
