I think it's a good idea to have a 3-5 turn warning of when the game will actually end so people can inflate their scores as they see fit.

To set the end a few turns ahead makes sense and I won't oppose to that if it helps to reach a consensus.

Let's wait other players opinion till next turn (Fed, Fascist, Crystal) and then ask Stephan to set up the end.
