However what I would suggest is to write tuesday 0.00 as monday 24.00 because that way there's quite always some time then the server gives a hostrun today even if that is only one hour. But if you write it the first way then a hostrun at 0.00 (wherever on the world that would be the case) means there is no time at all for planetscentral when this turn will be marked as running today.
But what do you do if the host runs at 0:05? Actually, the website will never say "today" if it's between midnight and 2:00 am, because of this very ambiguity (if it's 1:00 am, and it says "today 19:00", is that before or after sleeping?).
I guess the real problem you're having is that you want a visual cue that the host run is near, and a better solution for that would be to show actual hours remaining; I think I can add that.
