Normally, PHost numbers its extended missions starting from 20. Using this option, you can change that base value in case there is a conflict with some add-on. Remember that you must renumber mission.ini when you change this, and tell all your players.
We strongly recommend you to never ever change this option to avoid confusion. See also the Host section of the Mission descriptions.
