I just joined. I have no idea how to download my turn. I been playing on Planets Nu but am getting increasingly disappointed in the lack of attention from the admin. Thank you in advance for responding. Please forgive my lack of computer savvy. I come from the caveman days!

Hi T-Man, you should have received an email with two .zip files to download. Copy the contents of both zips into your game folder and you should be good to go.

I didn't see it. I may have accidentally deleted it like a moron...lol

You can also download it from the game page. Besides the player list you'll find a button to message players privately buy besides your own race you have instead a button with the Caption "Options". You can Browse your game files there.

I see Fas has submitted his first TRN with yellow allert, that means the technology of submitting was clear but the TRN file itself was not enough correct. One of the possible reason seems to be in unregistered version of the app.

Check out this issue pls, it would be pity to lose one race from the very beginning.

T-Man, can we offer any assistance with your game setup? Don't hesitate to ask for help

T-Man, try again, sooner or later you'll manage. Even with a slow start you could still see your game as a testrun, there will be other opportunities.

in general:

1) here on this website, check if there's a spelling error within the email adress you provided

2) if possible, put host@planetscentral.com into your whitelist, so that nothing gets filtered out (sometimes likeley because of attachments)

3) use a manual download: click on host, then Titan 24 showing in your active games list, then click on the button 'options' behind your race and choose 'browse files'. You'll see a list of downloadable files, just click on them and save them locally.
