till the turn 100, I must build all my Novas.
I prefer to end turn 70 as well.
So far we have three votes to end turn 70 and one for a longer game. Still waiting for three players to express their opinion.

By the way, there is no reason to vote without a decision rule.

The one who doesn't want to play always may vote by feet as the bird.

I have set the victory condition to end turn 75, as a totally scientific average of 70, 80, probably-not-so-serious-100 and currently-71.

Does it mean this very turn 74 is the last TRN for submitting, next (75th) RST fixes positions? Or we have one turn more?

This one will be last one, i.e. game ends when the website says "turn 75".
