I could take the remaining place.
But I would prefer to choose another race.
Just because I already played for the "Evil Empire" in the previous game (North Star 2).

Hi. In the interest of starting the game (I've never played the Empire) i can trade the cyborg for the empire.
Is it enough to go to the game page and drop being the cyborg and join the empire?

Yes, it is enough. You can always resign from the game, which has not yet started and re-enter again.
