You may have noticed that we have a tie deciding the end condition of North Star 2.

Would anyone want to take over Klingon or Empire, which are on first/second place score-wise, and keep them going for a few dozen turns?

If so, post in this thread and I'll arrange for the change.

It may be incomplete, and have more bugs (or features) than the public live version at planetscentral.com.
