If there is still a draw for second place at turn 110 are we going to go on until turn 115, and so on? I suggest that let's just vote to fix an ending turn and let the second place be for whoever has any more point than the third one.

I have set the end condition to "approximately turn 105", which means chances are it ends in 105, but also chances are that Halvar sees turn 108

Seems, Borg and Fascist still almost equal... Maybe, turn 110 for end is better, than 105?..

They may need time to seize second place surely.
