This parameter controls access to the give command which is used to give away planets and ships.
When this parameter is set to Allies, only allied players can interchange ships and planets this way. It does not matter what alliance levels they offer, they just must be allied.
► Note: In PHost up to version 4.0i, the gsX friendly code will always be available, even if this option is off. However, setting this parameter to Allies also affects gsX.
