How does the ranking work? How do a player achieve Lieutenant rank and so? How are Skill Points calculated? You don't have to explain reliability, hehe.

Does old ranking on PlanetsServer or other hosting count, or we start from zero. I hope the last is the best, if you have a reputation elsewhere, then come here and built it again
