I meant a joinable position for a running game, but I now see that I can do precisely that in the "Active games" section.

What is the average waiting time before all races are taken and a game can start? It seems there aren't many players yet and it takes looooong...

You can use the news box on the home page to see when the games were posted.

If you have a recipe how to fill up games faster (and which does not involve sending out 20 million emails to random addresses), I'm open to suggestions :-)

Also, is there a link to see "Open races" in all the active games? I could whet my appetite with a replacement if the game I joined doesn't begin soon.

The Join Game page has all open games with joinable positions in green, taken positions in red.
