it's been a long while since the last PCC 1.x release. Someone asked, so I packaged up what I had. There's not much change, PCC seems to be a rather mature program now.

The only new feature is support for PHost's new BaseTechCost option. That aside, a handful of bugs were fixed.

P.S.: for those of you who fell to the dark side*, Quapla is pumping out VPA updates like crazy, so get them while they're hot :-) http://sourceforge.net/projects/vpa

Footnote: * I find this an appropriate term, with VPA being largely black, and PCC being much lighter :-)
