Hi, In Northstar 9 we play with the give function disabled. In the phost Docs it is described that ships without fuel can not surrender at starbases. They would explode if the starbase mission is Surrender and they are fuelless. In our game they surrender. What is happening here? Maybe you have an idea or it is abug in PHost.

Has anybody an idea about it?
