I play for a pirate. This move for some reason on the base dropped the level of engines to 7. And I lost a lot of money because of that. Can we figure out why the level dropped?
It seems you opened turn 3 in PCC2 Web without uploading your registration key. In that case, it will use an unregistered key. PCC2 Web is a client running on another computer, you need to give it the key like whenever you install a Planets client on a new computer.
Turn 4 is ok again.
