Look a pconfig.src file.
## Experience. This configures four experience levels. To enable this, ## say "NumExperienceLevels = 4" in pconfig.src.

p.s. Guys! As beams is the weakest weapons in the game I suggest revise that. What do you think if we change the parameter EModBeamRechargeRate? As variant set this parameter to 1,2,3,4.??
