My suggestion would be to set an end for turn 100. We could still discuss the endgame later.
I am against. Because the end condition dictates the overall strategy for the game and you can't change the rules halfway. Why do you need the prolongation? There are 20 turns ahead. You can do whatever you want using all this time.
