This parameter indicates the percentage chance that a Bird Man ship performing the Super Spy mission will be detected by the planet. For example, a value of 20 indicates a 20% chance of discovering a Super Spy mission in progress. Note that this parameter is unrelated to the Deluxe Super Spy part of the mission.
