PHost only!

This option chooses the build queue strategy to apply. The optimum value largely depends on the ship list and the other environment of the game.

• PAL is the PAL-driven queue used exclusively in most PHost 3.x versions: build orders gain priority related to your player activity level.
• PBP is a build-point driven queue, not unlike the one used in HOST: build orders are processed in the order of submission, but you can "buy" priority builds using your activity points.
• FIFO is the first-in-first-out queue used in PHost 2.x: build orders are processed in the order of submission, period.
