This file contains notes for object (notepad function). Addresses into the file use 0 as file start as usual. This file exists once per directory.

    500 DWORDs  Addresses of notes for ships
     50 DWORDs  Addresses of notes for Ion storms
                The addresses are 0 if there is no note for that object
+4200 n BYTEs   Notes. Each note entry consists of 10 fixed-size Pascal
                strings with maximum length 40, so each note is 410 bytes
                total.
