The original DOS Planets clients stored the path they were last invoked with in this file. This is necessary for invoking the VCR, see VCRINIT.TMP below. This file contains only a usable name (i.e., ending with a backslash), no newline, no Ctrl-Z.
This file can be safely deleted when no Planets program is running.
