This file is used for the message template and for the filter entries. IT is used by PCC 1.1.5 and later, as well as VPA 3.61d and later.
This is a text file, in standard ".ini" or "pconfig.src" file format.
- "Filter = text": a message filter entry. Messages with the specified subject line are not displayed.
- "Sig = text": add a line to the message template/"signature". This is currently ignored by VPA.
