There was a major outage at the ISP, which caused the server to be down for a significant amount of time. With help of support, I got it back up.

I have therefore deferred the host for Titan 22 and Lupus 3 until Thursday. North Star 17 already had all turns in on Sunday, but will probably skip the Thursday host.

If you encounter any problems, please eagerly tell them.

This is a testing version.
It may be incomplete, and have more bugs (or features) than the public live version at planetscentral.com.
