I used to use VPA by Alex Ivlev for playing. Is it compatible with this game settings?

Many players here including myself use VPA to do their turn offline. The autohost sends the turn files by email. You can also download them from the game site.

This is a testing version.
It may be incomplete, and have more bugs (or features) than the public live version at planetscentral.com.
