Stephan, the problem is almost 4 weeks passed after this thread was opened and no decisions has been made.
Four ALIVE players already dropped from this game, because of it. Now it's no matter what will be done, players are already gone.

As usual some don't accept votes differing from their own. If anyone of the remaining players want to keep this, with a victory condition of your choice, I'll leave this running. Go get some easy points
I have removed players 8 and 11 for not submitting turns.
