This setting specifies, for each player, the rate at which minerals are be extracted from a planet's core. A base value of 100 is the default, indicating that the mining rate is the same as the mineral density.
This config option can be different for each player. By default, Lizards can mine twice as much as others due to their stature, and Feds can mine less than others due to their environmental laws.
