This command can be used to turn the message filter on and off. When filtering is enabled, you'll not get certain messages; when filtering is off, you get all messages.
This command modifies the FilterPlayerMessages configuration option.
Conflict Resolution: Commands are executed in order received, therefore the last one takes effect.
