With this option enabled, the terraforming ships (default: Bohemian, Eros, and Onyx, and the ore condenser ship of newer ship lists) are able to perform their terraforming function.
Ships which have DamageLevelForTerraformFail damage or more can not use their terraforming function. The default value is 100, so they can terraform regardless how damaged they are.
