This option controls the ability of ships to tow enemy ships while they are under cloak. With this option disabled, cloaked enemy ships cannot be towed (the tow mission will be cleared).
► Note: Note that a player's own cloaked ships can always be towed, and an ally's cloaked ships can be towed provided that the ally has enabled the Ship Level of alliance to the player performing the tow (i.e. you can always tow ships you see through your RST file).
