With this option enabled, cloaked ships can take part in combat. If a cloaked ship has a primary enemy set, and a ship of that race is in the same position, then the cloaked ship will engage in battle with the enemy ship.

Cloaked ships can not attack planets.

This is a testing version.
It may be incomplete, and have more bugs (or features) than the public live version at planetscentral.com.
