I have now uploaded 1.99.24. It fixes the reset location bug. In addition, it adds some new configuration items, including the RST password and a front-end for PHost features like renaming your race.

Not that I think anyone should use RST passwords, but this way PCC2 can now finally claim to support everything planets.exe does...
