Well, since i am the only one who cares about VPA right now, i am curious why why did not work. Can you check which version is the first that did not close properly? May you send me your TRN, so that i can check it here? 378 - is quite long ago, since then i changed the memory management and a lot of other things, there has to be a loophole... so, no worries about my time...
