It seems the Empire and the Rebel are not going to play the game. I suggest to drive them out so anybody can join the game and play the race.

Of course, we'd stop the game until all 11 players arrives.

I say again, it need to confirm all players before the game start, and start the game only after 11 confirmations.

I'm not going to play the game with lack of players from the start.
