Because it wasn't meant to be public in that way. 
The long story is that I can't afford a normal game right now - I simply can't manage 2 turns a week. So I proposed an idea for a game, invited some players and asked streu to set it up. Since these invitations were kinda private, the game also was.

It is an unlisted game. Unlisted = visibly to everyone who knows (guesses) the URL.
If you wish to have an unlisted game with your friends, I can set that up.
